Henderson Sinclair Quartz LCD

Description: 1981. OK. I have to admit I brought this watch simply because it had Sinclair in the maker name (and because it NOS). Looks and feels like a far east watch and this makes me think it maybe just a cooincidence however I'd like to know more. Does anyone have more information on this watch and/or maker? Cardboard watch box and instruction sheet offer no help although instructions read OK not like Japanese converted to English so maybe English or American made with Hong Kong parts? Watches do appear on eBay and almost all in the UK. Maybe this is a clue maybe not?
